About Myself & Ktfit Coaching

Hi lovely, I’m Katie—a women’s fitness coach and sports nutritionist dedicated to helping women transform both their bodies and their minds. My coaching is about more than just workouts and meal plans; it’s about building confidence, strength, and a balanced lifestyle that truly supports your body.

Fitness has been part of my life since childhood, from playing sports to working in nearly every fitness role — Woman’s personal trainer, group fitness, sports trainer, teaching disabled children sport and now coaching women full-time. But my own health journey is what truly shaped my approach.

I’ve struggled with endometriosis, IBS, irregular periods, and heavy PMS symptoms, so I get how frustrating it can be when your body doesn’t seem to cooperate. That’s why my coaching goes beyond just workouts, calorie counting or quick fixes. I focus on hormone balance, gut health, mindful habits and real nourishment to not only look your best and transform your physique, but FEEL your best. Because how are you suppose to show up in life as your highest self if you’re not implementing today, what your higher self would be doing!

Beyond physical transformation, I believe true change starts with your mindset. Together, we’ll work on breaking negative thought patterns, building confidence, and creating a routine that works for you—so fitness becomes something you enjoy, not something you dread.
